Immigration Lounge is a service innovation by the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia that brings immigration service offices into shopping centers (malls), making them more accessible and convenient for the public.

Immigration Service Offers:

- Passport application services for Indonesian citizens (WNI) 
- Visa on Arrival (VoA) extension services: Special assistance for foreign nationals (WNA) to extend their stay permits
- Immigration information services, including consultation on procedures and required immigration documents
